Reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking and must be paid in full two weeks prior to your arrival date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money orders and personal checks.

• Holiday Reservations require a 3 night minimum.
• Weekends are a 2 night minimum.
• For single night reservations there will be an additional $20.00 Cleaning Fee.

Rates:

• Daily Rate: $95.00 plus Tax
• Weekly (7 Nights): $540.00 plus Tax
• 5 Week Nights (Sunday through Thursday): $395.00 plus Tax

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation and it is received four weeks before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.

If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to your arrival date no refund will be given.

Other Policies:

There will be no refunds for early departure.

To make the mountain experience more enjoyable for all, no smoking is permitted inside the Yurts.

No pets allowed inside the Yurts.

Any person or person displaying loud, drunken or unruly behavior will be asked to leave and will forfeit any money paid for their reservations.
